Spring Break
We are going to have fun this week. Sorry no new Step this week. Just keep moving, and if it is nice weather try to spend some time outdoors.

The First Step
Our trek starts with the first step. Put one foot in front of the other today. Just keep stepping each day and your well on your way to walking 10,000 steps on our trek.
